 A deposit is required for all Hair Services. While deposits are non-refundable, if rescheduling is necessary, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment if notified 24 hours in advance. For no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours, full payment of service is required before rescheduling. Let's honor each other's time and commitment to our professions!

Zerlene Rogers reserves the right to use client images for advertising, portfolio, and all business-related purposes, with consent. The right to refuse hair services for any reason is reserved. As a token of appreciation for clients, Zerlene Rogers offers clients a 10% discount on your next hair services when you book your subsequent appointment during your existing hair appointments.
